Thank you for shopping with Legacerry.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time & Rates:
Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Legacerry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance, our support team will help guide you through the process.

Incorrect Shipping Information:
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
